I know this is not a new topic ,but I'm new to the forum. My questions are. How much trouble would it be for my daughter to renew the lease after thirty years ? Also, would I encounter any

difficulties selling the house before the thirty years are up. I'm trying to make the decision quickly so my daughter can begin her senior year in Chiang Mai. Thank you

Would you clarify. Who owns the house? Who is taking out the lease? You mention your daughter renewing the lease, but that you may want to sell the property at some time.

Also could you clarify the Nationality of the parties who is Thai, who is foreign?

Oh and the age of your daughter, is she over 18?
