My boyfriend's sister sent me this video

My main question is more on the pronouns ข้า "servant" and เจ้า "master".

Are these pronouns completely obsolete? When did people stop using these pronouns? Was it a long time ago?

Not at all. I was referring to their usage as personal pronouns. For example, instead of saying ฉันรักเธอ you say ข้ารักเจ้า.

I say ฉันรักเธอ and Loso as well. Still your OP implies my question, just wanted to say that..

ข้า is still used by some people in present day Thailand. It is often paired with เอ็ง not เจ้า. The actress ส้มเช้ง when portraying an old woman uses ข้า and เอ็ง in the show ระเบิดเถิดเทิง ลั่นทุ่ง.

Anyway I'm waiting to hear from native or advanced speakers.

So, where does it come from? In Latin the masculine and feminine are emphasized to its extreme. But definitely not in Thai with the exception of

ครับ And ค่ะ
