Italian victim of Pattaya Beach bag snatch

PATTAYA:--Another bag snatch occurred in Pattaya early on Saturday Morning, this time involving an Italian Tourist.

Police were called to the front of Soi 8 on Pattaya Beach Road where they met with the victim, Mr. Carlo Bonacina aged 58 who was accompanied by his Thai girlfriend. He was on his way home when the suspect, Khun Sarawoot aged 28, came up beside him and proceeded to steal Mr. Bonacina’s rucksack.

Attempts were made to chase the suspect who was eventually caught in front of the Krung Thai Bank on Pattaya Second Road by Police Volunteers.
