Waypoints For Gps - Cng/ngv-Stations In Thailand-Laos-Burma-Malaysia

Featured Replies

hello - bought brandnew toyota vigo champ 2,7 lt CNG car last nov - today after 4500 kms across thailand have some experience with fuel - NGV (CNG) and fuel (E 10).

if driving on gas (NGV-CNG) depends the temperature/driving style/speed etc. spending energy-costs on gas only for 1000 km about 1200 thai-baht = 1 km for about 1.2 thai-baht...

but cannot find everywhere NGV-stations - so driving on fuel (E 10) - gives me the mixture-costs for a total of now 4500 km for total energy-costs 10'800 thai-baht = 2,4 thai-baht per kilometer!

not driving slowly - up to 120 km/h or more if good road conditions...! tongue.png

does anyone have other experience? - with one filling cng-ngv-tank on my vigo-champ cng i can drive about 220 to 250 km!

now a question to all - does anyone know a complete listing in ENGLISH for all the CNG-NGV-STATIONS throughout the country thailand?

this one here is in english - but no waypoints...! coffee1.gif

or even more - laos - malaysia - burma - cambodia?

would prefer a listing of waypoints for my GPS (tomtom on iphone 5).

thanks for any advise/help

btw - the thai-gov will pay back in 1 year a bonus of 17thousand thai-baht...!

gov-roadtax for this car only 787 thai-baht/year...!

OT but I use LPG at 1.8-2 baht per kms and there are LPG stations everywhere. Wouldn't by CNG for love nor money. Range-wise and availability-wise it is a flawed system. Ok if one commutes less than half the tank range and lives next door to a filling station.
