I am looking to book a one way flight with Eva air to London, problem being my account has 20 pound too little in ... i can use my friends card but he won't be travelling with me, which on their website it states that he must.

Flight leaves 1300ish tomorrow, and agents or other ways around this ... the flight is 20680BHT but i can find it on any website other then their won.

Get your friend to withdraw cash for you?

So i could pay at the airport, ive pretty much all the money apart from 1000bht.

Big problem.

I learned that if the cc name and passenger name do not correlate officially the passenger has to pay the ticket while checking in. The first purchase will be payed back when the 2nd purchase of the real passenger has been sucesfull.

This is a standar regulation not many passengers are aware of. I hope this helped. Good luck

I don't know about EVA, but with Thai Airways, they have a form for the non-traveling card-holder to fill out, authorizing the purchase. They can email the scanned, completed form, along with scans of credit card front/back and govt. issued ID. You have to call the airline to get email address. Hoping this is useful, that EVA will do the same.

I called Eva air they recommended i use an agency called Nitron Travel, their price was actually cheaper then that on the website ... they then gave me their bank details i paid the funds into their account and then faxed the transaction receipt to them and they emailed me the e-ticket.
