Manager Assistant - 60,000Thb/month

I have just started my own business here in Thailand on manufacturing controller for electric vehicle, and I am looking for a manager assistant who is able to help me get my company’s main structure, work procedure, job documentation, and management work flow setup. In short words, I am looking for someone who is able to solve problem and deliver result. I am just starting, so I don’t have whole lot resources to put up a lubricated package at the moment, but a 60,000THB / month for starting is our offer for now.

Requirement: Self driven problem solver, able to motivate co-worker.

Pros: A challenging position, can gain experience in setting up a new business in one of the hottest industries in the world.

Cons: Work on Saturday, Location of work is near Suvannaphumi airport, little far from City center.
