Sun Dried Tomatoes? Where?

Featured Replies

Any ideas where to find "Sun dried Tomatoes" in Pattaya? Not the Italian style in olive oil. Thank you. PF.

Buy toms from market, de-seed them, cut into strips, place on wicker tray, sprinkle with rock salt, leave in the sun all day for a couple of days..... job done.

Store in plastic bag in freezer, or marinate with garlic and chili in virgin o/o.

I don't know for sure but I would look at Central Festival, supermarket and in Jomtien check Eataly Italian Market.(top of Soi 5.

Downstairs in central festival opposite tops there is a royal produce shop ,they have them .

The Queen's Project opposite Tops (as above) has both fully dried and partially dried small tomatoes. But beware that the fully dehydrated cherry tomatoes are laced with sugar.

This shop has great veggies in an impressive variety (for Pattaya.) I think they get deliveries on Fridays.
