Try Ban Rai Pai Ngam in Jomthong district. They do natural dying and handmade weaving.

March 28-31, CMU will be holding a natural/traditional textile exhibit. The flyer at the link below is mostly in Thai but the location is given in English as "The Demonstration Energy Efficiency Home, Faculty of Architecture". The hours listed are 10:00-20:00 March 29-31 with an opening ceremony on the 28th at precisely 17:09. I've been in the past & it's a good show if you're into that kind of thing. Surely some of the vendors or exhibitors would be able to help the OP find what he's looking for.
