By 'wrong address' do you mean you're not sure if the place is a police station or house of prostitution? Yeah, I can see how difficult it would be to tell them apart. They should know which department of the police / customs / immigration etc. to convey the information to. You've done your bit and if the information leads to someone getting arrested they'll unlikely to find out it was you.
