bjohn34 Posted August 29, 2013 Share Posted August 29, 2013 I make it 2 liters at time.Just heat the milk hot enough to kill bacteria but not boiling. Add sugar or whatever flavoring you want. Let it cool to just warm to the finger. Add a tablespoon of yoghurt from previous batch or the store. Cover and keep in warm place overnight. I put in the microwave with a couple bottles of hot water. Microvave cabinet only acts as insulation. Next day, all done. Easy and good Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
