Thai Web Site For Info On Thai Pr Process And Docs Required

Featured Replies

Does any one have a Thai govt web side that explained the applications and requirements for me to apply for my resident status. I am sure it has been posted before could find it under search engines. I have a lot of questions and would it be helpful to talk to a legal company that deals with this ? Or a company that helps with the process?

In another year or i will not need to travel for work no more and be here full time living

I would have done it but the main problem for me is you need to have a WP for 3 years, although I have been paying tax for the three years I have not had a WP for the complete time.

gives you a lot of info and links to relevant documents.

If you are married to a Thai national, you might want to consider going for Thai nationality.

That is interesting going for a Thai nationality , yes i am married to a Thai national but am not here on a work permit I am on an O visa

If not working in Thailand, PR is not an option. You working in Thailand and your salary is a major factor in considering PR (or Thai nationality).
