im heading to koh chang at the end of February and as a weight training enthusiast am seeking info on the gyms on koh chang, i noticed some info in the koh chang guide but it didnt address a few questions i have.

- which if any of the gyms have a squat rack or power rack?

-olympic barbells and plates?

so if anyone knows of any gym on koh chang which has this equipment could you please advise me of its name, location and price, thanks

There are two gyms, one in Lonely Baech, the other in Klong Prao. Price wise around 100 baht to use if I am not mistaken, they all do a monthly rate as well.

Lonely Beach Gym is the newest and has the most modern equipment. Klong Phrao is also pretty well kitted out, it was previously in VJ Complex in Chai Chet but has cent,y moved. You will see both easily enough, as they are on the main road.
