Hi i am just putting together our settlement visa application and would like some advice on a few questions.

1) i have been in thailand now for nearly 2 years except for 3 months when i returned to Uk last febuary.

I have the completion letter sent by my sol when the purchase had finalised which also has the loan agreement with the bank, deeds and land registry form. i also have a utility bill and council tax bill

Is this enough info for my house or do i need a mortgage statement?

As i have been in thailand and not working i dont have a p60

is this definatley required? or will i be ok witout it

Also when copying pages from our passports do we need to date and sign each page ie i sign my pages and May signs her pages. I have an old passport as well with many stamps from several years ago as it has been cut and is of no use can this be put in as the origonal or do i need to take copys of the pages as well

I think i have the other areas needed covered but was just unsure if these points are esential or will the application be ok witout them. Or am i best submitting what i have and if they ask for them at a later date i can get them for interview stage

Many thanks

Jay

The house completion statement, deeds etc. should be ideal as evidence of accommodation. If your wife attends the embassy in person, she can show them your passports there and then. If you wish to supply a copy, then do so, but it doesn't have to be signed by either you or another party.

Scouse.
