If you must ship it, don't use one of the courier services (FedEx, DHL etc) to do so guarantees that it will be assessed for duty. The duty payable is determined by Thai customs and should follow the codes (there's a customs site that lists the rates) but you will get VAT and various courier fees (storage etc) loaded on top too. If you use one of the tracked and insured regular post services (from the UK it would be 'International Signed For') there is a good chance that it will get through with no duty and if it does get assessed you'll only pay the duty and no 'extras'. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
