jacko45k
If immigration have any sense they'll put him on the next plane back to the UK If the immigration send back all the junk, than Pattaya would be a ghost city.... Have you been to Pattaya recently?Right now it is full to the gills with Chinese and Russian tourists. Us British thugs haven't got room to swing a punch!
chooka
If he has a work permit for Thuggery then he should be allowed to freely apply his trade. The Thai Thuggery association should not get thier knickers in a knot as according to T.A.T records are being broken and there are plenty of tourists to go around. monspencer
If immigration have any sense they'll put him on the next plane back to the UK If the immigration send back all the junk, than Pattaya would be a ghost city.... If he's going to Pattaya, he should feel really at home! Well that didn't take long for the Pattaya bashers, did it? Posts 5 and 9 on Page 1. I live in Pattaya with my Thai wife and have many friends here of different nationalities, none of whom could be considered to be 'junk'., nor would they understand why this guy would feel at home with them. What a load of drivel, and no doubt others have had a go at knocking Pattaya on later pages, I for one however won't bother to find out. I've read enough on Page 1 to know that I don't need to read any more on this story.

prvtdetdave
There is nothing that says we as anyone of us can not call immigration. If anyone of us is concerned, then call. It could be that simple, then I say to Thailand "Up to you".

theajarn
Hmmm, a hint of bias in the reporting no? Either the writer is a fan of the other team or a friend of one of the victims. Usually 'absolute neutrality' is given in reporting... you wouldn't hear journalists practically refer to rapists and child molesters as 'the rotten scumbag' after all. In any case, it's quite obvious why he's going to Thailand. Good chance at totally disappearing from the world -- unfortunately in a way that benefits him, and not society. Doesn't take a Sherlock Holmes to figure out what's going to happen: first he gets to Thailand, then find a place that can easily remove or deactivate the tag (those clever Asians), then he'll hop over to Cambodia which will welcome him with open arms. As long as he doesn't do anything stupid in Thailand, then the Thai authorities won't bother to track him down in Cambodia like they do some other people with outstanding warrants in Thailand. Once he's in Cambodia, who could care less? Edited February 9, 2013 by theajarn

gaucho
The UK has a long tradition of sending criminals on holiday. In the old days they sent them on long holidays to sunny Australia. i resemble that remark......

mrtoad
Falmouth has never had a successful footballer ! Tony Kellow, is certainly one. There are also a number of others. He's not exactly Falmouth he plays for Wendron, who are <deleted>.
mrtoad
"Failed Footballer from Falmouth." Try saying that after 6 big Changs. He plays junior football forWendron, he's not even a failed footballer. Can't understand why they keep mentioning the football aspect. He's a moron, and I apologise as he comes from my neck of the woods. As for the magistrates, I hope it wasn't my old man that was involved in this decision. Do you mean your father is a fixer/a blackmailed magistrate or god? I think he probably refers to himself as god, but it might be somewhere in between. bigdod
Hmm...it's quite amazing just how many conceited @rseholes on here seem to think that they have the moral highground, and as for those wishing bodily harm or even death on the guy - just <deleted> makes you think that makes you any better than he is? Ponder that for a moment if you will...for sure he's unlikely to be the type of dude I'd invite round here for lunch with the family, however; he's been tried and sentenced and allowed by the powers that be to take his holiday that HE paid for, so let him get on with it. What business is it of ours? If you're that worried by it all, just remember to lock alll your windows and doors and sleep with the light on. You'll most likely find that if he decideds to continue his unsavoury behaviour over here, the BiB will be somewhat less sympathetic to his plight than he's used to and any repercussions of that will almost certainly follow him back home
GentlemanJim
BANGKOK: -- As if Thailand’s Police force didn’t have enough to deal with… Britain has kindly allowed the temporary export of a violent, convicted, thug to Thailand, so that he can take his vacation here.A British court is allowing a convicted thug, currently on bail for violence, to take his holiday in Thailand. Nathanial McIntosh is on a curfew and only escaped prison, after being found guilty at his trial, because he was willing to wear a tag so that Police know where he is at all times. Yet the failed footballer from Falmouth succeeded in convincing a British court that he should be allowed to take his holidays in Thailand as they were booked before the crime took place. ( a likely story). He pleaded guilty to using threatening and abusive language and behavior toward 3 people and was given a 12 week prison sentence, suspended for a year, in a case heard last month. During the attack he is said to have given at least one of the three a “good kicking” during a sustained attack and has previous convictions for similar offences. And in an unbelievably similar story!!!!! DUBAI: -- As if Dubai’s Police force didn’t have enough to deal with… Thailand has kindly allowed the permanent export of a violent, convicted, thug to Dubai, so that he can live in luxury here. The Thai Government is allowing a convicted thug, currently convicted for serious criminal charges, to set up his luxury lifestyle in Dubai. Thaksin Shinawatra still has a full passport and escaped prison, after being found guilty at his trial, because he did a runner, despite the fact that the Police still know where he is at all times. Yet the failed Businessman from Chang Mai succeeded in convincing the Thai Government that he should be allowed to live in Dubai as the charges were all made up, despite a fair court trial.. ( a likely story). He pleaded not guilty to raping the country of $2 billion in taxes that would have benefitted 65 Million people and was given a 2 year prison sentence, in a case heard several years ago. During an attack on 2500 people who never received a trial he is also said to have given at least 2500 of them a “good shooting” during a sustained attack and has previous convictions for smaller offences. sausageandmash
They need to find someone at UK immigration who can speak English first! Easy for the UK officials to tip off immigration in Thailand, stop him at Bangkok airport, send him back. Everyone's a winner. British courts can say they "gave him his holiday", Thailand said "no". Another waster in Thailand. Do you think UK officials can find someone at the Thai immigration who can speak english?

Vigor Mortis
What a story! Foul-mouthed bigot is allowed to holiday in Thailand. According to the magistrates association “If the curfew clashes with work, a pre-booked holiday, a relative’s wedding, or a job interview, magistrates can adjust the curfew as they see fit. ”They will not add to the punishment by forcing the offender to suffer additional financial losses from losing irrecoverable deposits.” He won't be out of place. millwall_fan
Falmouth has never had a successful footballer ! you obviously didn't research that comment. At least two successful footballers are listed by Wikipedia as coming from Falmouth: Kevin Miller who was a goalkeeper with Palace, Birmingham and Watford, and Tony Kellow, Exeter City's top goalscorer! As far as this lad is concerned, if he's less than polite to the locals in Pattaya, he may learn a salutary lesson more valuable that 12 weeks in an open prison!!
