My triple entry tourist visa(with 3 extensions), which I got in Antwerp belgium, is finished in 2 weeks.

Is it possible to get a new tourist visa in penang or kotha baru?

I've dutch pasport.

You would only get a single entry visa at either of those consulates.

You could get a 2 entry in Laos.
