i am a 40 year old u.s. citizen and am receiving social security disability. does anyone know if i can get A visa, like a non-immigrant -o or a retirement visa.

If you invest 3 million baht in selected investments immigration will provide a one year extension of stay as long as you keep it. Selected Condos or bank deposit is the only current method.

Other than that you do not qualify for a non immigrant visa unless you set up a business or such. There is no category for being on disability.
