Well a country run by Clowns, is in fact a circus. What else needs to be said?

A circus is better, because it's usually run by professionals.

OMG better move some where else then bah.gif

The places that need to keep product at -18 C should have backup generators already. If not, then they are dumb.

Why? they can let the food thaw and later re freeze it. Ok a bit of food poisoning but hey this is Thailand

I hadnt heard about this factory down-time, does it mean there will be no airborne poluution for a few days.............hey I'm in favour even if the lights do go out.........................

All the talk, advise, blah blah blah

I am worried and have a bad feeling that the problem will be dealt with Thai style, ie from 5-14 April, if not longer there will be power outage country wide for hours every day. In smaller provinces there will most likely not be any power at all.

After all is over, they will talk and point fingers and eventually it will fade away

The government will declare 5-14 April to be public holidays. Problem solved.

Cannot bear the prospect of going without aircon. At the best of times I'm all steamy & hot. Maybe if all the rich old farangs coughed up enough Thailand could upgrade the power grids or buy power from the neighbors.

If you are as fat as your avatar of Mimi from Drew Carey suggests it is no wonder that you do not feel comfortable in Thailand's nice and warm climate.

And you really believe that on public holidays people won't use electricity??? LOL....

They want to privatise the electric and the oil.

Been saying that since the election.

Now maybe you'll listen.

Engineered? 100%

Bring Back Maggieee......... The best thing that happened to the UK since Hovis! :)

Factories, schools, governments offices close on public holidays. Should save a lot of electricity, I think.
