Body of crash victim remains undiscovered for days on busy Pattaya Highway
PATTAYA:--The badly decomposed body of a man, thought to have died in a road crash approximately 10 to 15 days prior to discovery of the body was found in a central reservation on the busy Sukhumvit Road in the Northern outskirts of Pattaya on Tuesday afternoon.

The body along with damaged car parts were found in the central reservation by a local resident who was crossing the road to visit a friend’s shop. He called the Police and rescue services who recovered the body of the man.

Where was the car? Was it a hit and run? Sad someone can get killed and no-one knows for more than a week? No reports of missing people by family? Very weird. Poor soul.

Busted Car Parts at the scene surely someone knows he hit something and it appears just fled the scene which sadly is Normal.....

My reading of the beginning of the report is that the crash was known about but, despite the usual exhaustively thorough work of the police, they didn't see either the car parts or the body. unsure.png

Car parts left at the scene of a hit and run? Normally an easy investigation (in the West). Wonder if the BIB will even bother?
