One of our air con units does not have a remote control unit. The unit in question is a Panasonic CS PC12EKT.

The universal remotes I have seen so far all have instructions in Thai.

The need to get a remote for this unit begs the questions :-

Would it be better to get a dedicated remote for this unit?

How easy is it to set a universal remote to work with the unit and how to do it & is one make better than another?

This may seem very basic but never having used a universal remote before, perhaps some enlightened person could enlighten me

I would visit Amorn with the detail of your A/C, they will likely have a pattern remote that will do the job.

My experience with universal remotes is less than wonderful
