<p>2013-02-28 06:09:06 GMT+7 (ICT) </p><br /> <p>MEXICO CITY (BNO NEWS) -- Mexico's teacher union chief, Elba Esther Gordillo Morales, was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly embezzling around 2 billion pesos ($160 million), officials said.<br /></p><br /><p>Mexican Attorney General Jesus Murillo Karam said Gordillo, 68, and leader of the country's National Union of Education Workers (SNTE), which has around 1.5 million members, was arrested in Toluca's international airport, located 63 kilometers (39 miles) west-southwest of Mexico City.<br /></p><br /><p>Federal Police agents arrested Gordillo before being transferred to the women's prison of Santa Martha Acatitla.<br /></p><br /><p>Gordillo is being accused of embezzling millions of dollars into bank accounts in Switzerland and the United States, carrying out a luxury lifestyle with high-end credits and properties in the U.S. Authorities believe she also used funds to acquire works of art and have a number of plastic surgeries.<br /></p> <p> tvn.png

Well I suppose we had better add Union Organizers to list with Banksters, Monopoly CEOs, Politicians and Bureaucrats as the parasites on society.

Think many of them were added decades ago......
