Microwave
Last August I applied for a tourist visa in Hong Kong and was told that only single entry tourist visas were issued at the consulate there. I picked up my Canadian passport at the HK consulate with the single entry tourist visa in it the next day.
ubonjoe
There is no Thai embassy or consulate in Macao. Source: http://www.thaiembassy.org/main/ Hong Kong is a consulate listed as being a location in China. From reports I recall Hong Kong also want to see ticket out of Thailand and only do single entry visas.
Microwave
Only single entry tourist visas issued in HK, but I wasn't asked to show a ticket leaving Thailand. All I did was fill out the application form, paid the fee and then returned the next day with my receipt to pick up my visa. Quite simple and straightforward.
