There are enough threads here in the Pub dealing with funny moments.

I'm looking for priceless moments ... the type of which money can't buy.

Could be a story, or a photo that captures that moment.

One story that comes to mind.

We were in a hotel on the outskirts of Pattaya as I wished once to experience the craziness of Songkran in Pattaya.

... I wish I hadn't in retrospect. The mindlessness of it all. The sanok ... the fun was removed.

So, just as we were checking out of the Hotel room ... 3 of the middle aged Thai maids were at our hotel door.

Ever so polite and asked me if they could share Songkran with me.

One washed my neck, the other my hand ... and the third some powder on my cheek.

It was a spontaneous, priceless moment.

I think I mentioned this before, but me thinks qualifies for your MasterCard moment.....

....last visa run to Ranong, we were stopped at the usual Checkpoint a number of kms out of Ranong. Usual stuff, wind down the windows so they can see inside the car, me constantly smiling (being the driver) and then the soldier puts his fist inside my window....my heart skipped a beat not knowing what he was up to.....

....then he opened his fist and presented me with two lollies, one for me and one for my wife.

Priceless.....I had a smile on my face for the rest of the day.
