I guess the four or five reshuffles simple mean that our PM didn't get it quiet right first time and just keeps improving till her cabinet really only has the right people.

PS what are the entitlementsrelated to having served even a single day in a cabinet position? Any effect on state pension, or other possible benefits? Note, I'm only asking about the official point of view here, not what 'contacts' might be worth
