I happened to be passing and then 6 Police cars turned up (I didn't go inside) it must have been about 1.30am ish it looked chaotic with Police everywhere

I always thought it was owned by the police

perhaps they fell behind in their payments or apprehending a fugitive.

I imagine some of the freelancers might have needed a shaking down.

It's fascinating how some long time drug dealers etc operate in the open with little fear of the police.

Probably unrelated, but a whole bunch of bib including the tourist police were spotted at one of the Chang Klan karaoke places last night. It appeared that they had arrived in quite a hurry.
