<p>2013-03-19 07:16:41 GMT+7 (ICT) </p><br /> <p>SOUTH BEND, INDIANA (BNO NEWS) -- At least two people were killed after a small aircraft crashed at a residential neighborhood in the state of Indiana, local authorities said Sunday.<br /></p><br /><p>The small Hawker Beachcraft airplane, which took off from Tulsa, Oklahoma, was carrying four people when it crashed in South Bend, Indiana at approximately 4:30 p.m. local time, hitting two homes and damaging a third in a local neighborhood.<br /></p><br /><p>Federal Aviation Administration spokesperson Roland Herwig confirmed the deaths of two people on board after the accident, while the two others sustained injuries. A third person on the ground was also reported wounded. Neighboring houses were quickly evacuated as a safety precaution due to gas leaking from the aircraft.<br /></p><br /><p>The small plane was heading towards the South Bend Regional Airport when it began radioing technical difficulties, but no further details were immediately available. <br /></p> <p> tvn.png
