I'm a young Canadian professional that is currently living in Thailand. I have been living here with my wife and daughter for almost 3 years now and I’m starting to look for employment opportunities.

Education background:

• B.B.A.major in accounting. I have the goal of obtaining an accounting designation (CPA). I'm still working on this degree at the moment. I’m halfway through the program.
• College degree in accounting (1 year)
• College degree in business administration (2 years)

Professional experiences:

• 2 years as a Reconciliation Officer (multi-currencies platform) and an Accounting Assistant in a financial firm in Vancouver, Canada.
• 1 year as a Logistic Coordinator (contract) in a multinational food company in Richmond, Canada
• 2 years as an Administrative Assistant (cost control dept.) in a multinational engineering company in Montreal, Canada.
• 6 months to 1 year (contract) as a Government Clerk in Montreal, Canada.
• I also did some accounting/bookkeeping consulting contracts for small companies and independent workers while working in Vancouver.

Domain of expertise:

• Account payable and account receivable
• General accounting and bookkeeping (QuickBooks and Simply Accounting).
• Set-up companies with QuickBooks, Simply Accounting or Acomba.
• Small payroll (25 employees) using QuickBooks.
• Prepare financial statements.
• Financial analyse (financial ratios).
• Help the financial controller with other accounting tasks.
• Bank deposit and petty cash
• Establish and maintain a filing system for all financial documents in preparation of audit.

• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint.
• Advance knowledge of accounting software: QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, Acomba
• Good knowledge of informatics and internet.
• Good administration, management and accounting knowledge.
• Typing speed: 40-45 wpm
• I speak both English and French fluently.
• I have a valid Thai driving license.

• Customer support in the financial sector.
• Logistics: planning the shipment of good between warehouses to final customers, tracking shipments and follow-up on any issues during transportation, updating shipping manifest, controlling and managing the overall shipments cost, dealing with carriers and customers regarding all shipments and more.

I’m professional, reliable, punctual, honest, fast learner, good team player, can work independently, good at multitasking, like challenges and learn new things, friendly and good appearance.

I can work in any region of Thailand. I’m not looking for a high salary and would consider any reasonable work offer. I will only work if a work permit is
provided and get help from the company to get the appropriate visa.
