DSI check South Pattaya Bars for under-age workers and patrons

PATTAYA:--Thailand’s equivalent of the FBI, the Department of Special Investigations (DSI) conducted an operation in the early hours of Saturday in the South Pattaya area, and were looking for clubs and pubs who were either employing or allowing under-age patrons into their venues.

The DSI Officers specifically targeted venues in the Bali Hai Port area and by 5.30am they had detained 60 under-age individuals who were found inside the pubs and clubs.
