You won't find many proper "plumbers" here, general handyman types, jack-of-all-trades is more like it.

Ask the condo management people, might cost you a bit more than a random contact, but at least there's a little accountability there.

I found it far cheaper to buy a basic 25 foot (8 meter) plumber's snake than to call a real plumber. The job was easy and it worked great. It was US$20. If you don't care if it self-stores it would be 1/2 that cost.
