If anyone could please tell me, where are these laws enforced?

I was out on Silom yesterday and I wanted a beer...took me about 5 minutes, to get one.

How the h3ll did I do that, with the anti-alcohol laws, so strictly observed?

Well...I just followed the big SIGNS that were held UP by PEOPLE, standing on BOXES, so that everybody could see them and they had cryptical messages on them.

Cryptical as in "LEO BEER 30 BAHT...3 BEER 100 BAHT"!
