Thaihoteldiscount - Reliable?

Hi,

I´ve booked a hotel in Kamala via thaihoteldiscount. Have anyone used them? Are they reliable?

Also, I don't really understand when/to whom I should pay the room, to the agent or to the hotel?

I´ve tried to get an answer for some weeks on other forums, but I have not received any response. Would really appreciate a reply.

Hi Pelle,

I booked a Hotel in Chiang Mai with Thaihoteldiscount.com, no problems. You may know that someone from their company turns up to collect the payment you don't pay the front desk, well they did in my case anyway, went smoothly, no probs, lady gave us a call in room to arrange payment. I guess you would pay any mini bar/ room service direct to hotel.

Would use again.

Thanks for the info. I didnt know that the came to my hotel for the payment. Do they turn up the first day?
