Would be grateful to anybody that could tell me what this sign's take home message is.

For the sterilization of stray dogs in the area.
Mae Kuang Dam.
By
Northern District catchy Lanna Dog Valley Fair.
And government agencies in the district Saket.

Couldn't quite get the top line. Something like:
"Jacques dungeon suspension feeding dogs". blink.png

So is someone selling dog food that sterilises the local strays?

Google translate: http://bit.ly/YXmsdh

Of course, I may have mistyped some characters... smile.png

Thank you! Now I feel a bit guilty for not typing it into google translate myself.

I was convinced the picture was of a cow... good to know there's a dungeon in the area though.

Edit: I think they might be telling the locals to stop feeding the strays in advance of the spaying.

Top line to me reads, please stop giving dog food.

Thanks! All makes sense then. Except why they chose a picture of a cow.
