Did you call the Bib? Since it dosent look like he can pay any tea money, then might arrest him or if he is a foreigner, they might deport him, and confiscate his equipment. If the police turn the screws on him, he may give up the names of the owners. Ask the members of TV what his motives are, maybe he is planing on hauling all the sand off the beach.

That beach is way too clean to be anywhere near Pattaya. Although the construction could make look familiar very quickly.

I assumed it is not far, perhaps the navy base, since this is posted in the Pattaya forum.

Speaking of navy base beaches, can you still go in? I was told recently that this is currently not allowed for foreigners to enter. I know you used to be able to register / leave some ID and then go in. Some nice beaches there.

I haven't been for maybe 8 months but the last time was business as usual, just left my drivers licence at the check point and paid the entry at that second check point.

Forget Phuket, Pattaya but places like Ko mak, Ko kood, Ko tao ate still quite lovely.

I think same construction crew that built the family house.

There are 2 Navy Beaches I know of the one nearer to pattaya, a nice push bike ride, and the one Near Sattahip which does have beaches similar to the one in the construction site pic.A more challenging bike ride.
