Ais Outage In Chiang Mai?

Featured Replies

My AIS phone here in Chiang Mai has been unable to connect to the cellular or data network most of the day, and is still offline.

Is anyone else in Chiang Mai having trouble with AIS?

Does anyone know the call center number for English support? The only number I used to call is a *xxxx number and that won't work form my DTAC phone.

Thanks!

Im around the nimmen / ksk way Mark and have had no problems with my AIS phone.
Dont know of a helpline. Probably best if you can go speak to someone at one of the AIS or cellphone shops for help.

I have AIS as well and have had no problems at all today. Perhaps it is your phone.

For the last two months I have had my AIS internet disconnect itself. I could always reconnect right away.

When I was in their office to renew my monthly they took my air stick and tried it on their computer and after about a half hour they told me they were having problems with their equipment and it would all be OK in May.

I made no fuss over it and thanked them kindly. I can hardly wait for May, Fortunately it is just a back up to my free 3BBB which is not to good. It goes out for a whole day and can at times be very slow.

It has disconnected three times in the last five minutes.

Thanks all.

It appears that my SIM is dead. I've never had one fail. It fails to work in all three of my phones. I was able to online chat with AIS via my computer (their English was quite good, but the prompts are in Thai) and they checked my account and the three areas I've been today and report no trouble.

I'll head to my local AIS shop in the morning to have them re-do my SIM.

-PLEASE CLOSE THIS THREAD- Thanks!
