April 8, 201313 yr Hi, I have a D-tracker 125cc which most tall farangs take the piss out of. But if you compare it to the Honda Sonic,a little run around,it's great. But it is a pain in the ass because of the seat,it's designed thin to help maneuverability, according to Kawasaki. Does anyone know how I can improve this situation,i contacted Seat Solutions but they don't do any for my model. Does Kawasaki do a custom seat or does anybody else do them. I have googled but have not found anything.
April 9, 201313 yr 10 years ago I bought a brand new Kawasaki Boss 175. I took the bike out of the shop and went 50 meters down the road to a hole-in-the-wall type seat refurbishing shop. I asked them to make me a better, taller and wider seat to accommodate my 6' 2" frame. 2 hours later I had a custom made seat and very comfortable too. Total cost including new leather cloth - 350 Baht. Only in Thailand. Got to love this place.

A lot of them specialize in motorcycle seats and do amazing work. Just look for the shops with seats hanging out front.
