Is immigration open on Friday April 12? My friend says its closed for Songkran, but Songkran starts on the 13th.

The Songran holidays starts Friday the 12 and runs through Tuesday 16th due to substitution days.

From the immigration website - "Immigration will be closed April 12 to 16 2556."
