April 11, 201313 yr I am based in Chiang Mai, and recently ordered an item from a reseller in Bangkok, who promptly shipped it via EMS, and supplied me with a tracking number. Within a few days, online tracking indicated it arrived in Chiang Mai, and then was "Out for delivery", followed closely by "Delivery status: Address not clear". It has been at this status for a few days now. The address I supplied to the vendor was the same one I use on all postage, even from abroad, and it generally always arrives - i.e. the address should not be unfamiliar to the post office. My question is: how should I pursue this? Should I go to the (central) post office? Telephone? Email? Or should I just wait a few more days? Thanks in advance for any advice.
April 11, 201313 yr I don't know what the "central" post office is. You should go to the post office which is indicated by your 5-figure postcode. Probably the one nearest to your home (but not always) Edited April 11, 201313 yr by chickenslegs
April 11, 201313 yr Author Thanks for the suggestions. I am in the 50000 area, which encompasses both the Mae Ping post office, and the "Chiang Mai Main Post Office." Guess I will be paying visits to both tomorrow.
