Could Foreign G/f Live Off My Non B Extensions?

Featured Replies

Have a Philipina friend working as a domestic in Hong Kong. She used to work in Thailand, without a W.P. but had to do border runs, I think every two weeks and about 2,000 Baht in a van to Poipet maybe? with a dozen other girls. She just asked me about moving back to Thailand, so I wondered if we were together can she take advantage of my Non B, or is she on her own as far as tourist visas etc go? thanks now.

Am just finding the definitie answers now from a previous similiar post. Tourist Visas unless married.

Thanks now.

You'd have to be married and on an extension, not a visa.

Education visas, learn Thai.

Good idea Mac, if we were in a larger city or in Bkk she could learn Thai or work again as a domestic. I have another year contract here in Sahatsakhan, Kalasin. There are no "Thai Language Schools" here. I see there are a few threads now about foreign girlfriends. Thanks again.

Can't be done unless you are married legally.

Thai law spexifies "unions" must be "de Jure" or by law.

Also do NOT mention anything about her working without a Work Permit before, becuase that's ILLEGAL.
