I want to sell my Thai company.

It is a CO.LTD (Thai Limited Company) registered in Chonburi / Pattaya.


The company exists since 3 years and has been actively operated.

It is a real working company and no property is purchased on it.

Accompanied by a recognized tax office in Pattaya.

There is 1 Work Permit registered.


Price is 20,000 baht.


The transfer costs of approx.7000 Baht must be paid by the buyer.

That's about or more than you can form a new company for! One problem with "buying" existing Ltd Companies is that you well could be buying any debts the Company has as well!

Everybody will tell you, never BUY a Thai company - always do the setup yourself as you do not know what shows up after you buy the company....
