Pvc Patching Kit - Where To Get?

My son has an inflatable PVC reindeer which is now sad and flat due to a tiny hole by its tail (no jokes please ). The shop that sold it to us has rows upon rows of these toys but the owner looked at me blankly when I suggested a mending kit would be a good seller. Where do these people come from?.

I haven't tried CM Plastics yet but can't remember seeing one there - just thought I'd plumb the depths of TV knowledge before setting out on a quest after the water throwing has calmed down.

Most home centers sell tubes Vinyl glues. Most other glues won't stick to PVC. If the hole is small enough, a drop of glue should fix it. If it's a rip or tear, buy a really cheap inflatable 'something' and cut a patch to fit your needs from that, gluing it on with the Vinyl glue. Just use the glue sparingly as it sort of 'melts' the PVC together.

Now that you mention it, I wonder if the PVC solvent glue used for plumbing would work. I'll give it a try in the morning.
