Mother suffocates during rescue of puppies from East Pattaya Sand-hole
PATTAYA:--Just after 9.30pm on Monday, Police and rescue services were called to a house in Soi Wat Tunglahan in the Huay Yai area to investigate reports of a 43 year old woman who had died as she attempted to rescue new-born puppies from a sand-hole.

At the scene was the body of Khun Saipin after she was discovered by her 16 year old daughter who was understandably in a distraught state.

She told Police that her Mother went to the back of their family home on Monday Night to investigate yelps from a group of newborn puppies they were looking after.
