HeijoshinCool
The little deep-fried pork fat/skin. Crunchy and great with beer. 20 baht. Also most excellent for training dogs. No worries they'll run off. Shake the bag when I let mine out to pee in the morning, and they're back in 15 seconds! Also the Yam Mam-maa. Seafood on noodles with a spicy lime dressing. thequietman
Going strictly on my observations over the 10 years I have been here, the most popular snack for thais would be the trusted and tried nose bogey, boogers, snot, dried nasal mucus. Its free, readily available and full of vitamins and most importantly, its real easy to grow. Second most popular would have to be the old favorite........... ear wax. MMMMMMMMMMMM

They sell small 'tubes' in 7/11 which I sometimes partake in when returning back after a few beers. The 'fresh' stuff is also lovely. They also use it in a 'yum' salad too but I can just eat the thing!
