Thai Visa For Cuban Citizens

Hello ,

I open this post because we can t find any solution for our friend cuban citizen.

He s actually in Thailand with tourist visa get in Russia where he live before. In 2 days he s visa expired (he take already 1 month extension) and we are looking for solution to get a new visa.

It appear not easy , many agency told that is not possible to get visa in Laos , Cambodia , or other country near here .

Someone know any solutions ?
