Re-Entry Permit Bkk Airport

Featured Replies

Can a Re-Entry Permit still be obtained at BKK (Swampy) Airport ?

Where are they located and what Hours?

Yes they are still available.

Office is located just before departure immigration and requires a boarding pass to get to.

Latest report is that it is open 24 hours previously it was 0600 to midnight.

Yes it is.

Used it twice in last 6 months, very efficient service.

Also thought I saw somewhere something about it being 24hrs, but cannot confirm.

would never trust them to be there when I wanted, not worth the risk IMO

May I ask where one gets a re-entry permit at the Don Muang airport?

Opening Hours?

Alternative to obtaining one at the Airport (if any)?

.

Alternative is obtaining from your local immigration office as most people do (if not a last minute thing). Don Muang from reports is available 24 hours at immigration office (just ask for directions I believe).

Believe at Don Muang combined with the overstay desk, so after passport control. But do ask before going through passport control. Otherwise it can be a nasty problem if they changed the desk.

Can confirm over stay desk.

But yes, ask prior and you will be granted an audience.

They are surprisingly friendly in the early hours.
