Again, the other night, in the rain, I saw 2 motorcycles (drivers talking on mobiles and watching the bright, large monitor) cruise right through the red light, not at all paying attention to their driving. Fortunately there were not many cars out and no one was injured. Indeed the drivers should be more responsible but those monitors are very distracting and dangerous.
