elektrified Posted July 30, 2013 Author Share Posted July 30, 2013 It seems people are beginning to complain about these bright video monitors http://www.chiangmaicitynews.com/news.php?id=2120 Again, the other night, in the rain, I saw 2 motorcycles (drivers talking on mobiles and watching the bright, large monitor) cruise right through the red light, not at all paying attention to their driving. Fortunately there were not many cars out and no one was injured. Indeed the drivers should be more responsible but those monitors are very distracting and dangerous.
