I have found a couple of places in BKK that will deliver to Chiang Mai, I just wanted to take a good look at it first before making the purchase. I will talk to Dell now though.

Check out the Dell shop (not far from the Apple box), 3rd floor Airport Plaza. Picked up a U2412M a while back and they had some bigger beauties there, too. Fantastic bit of kit and good service... ask em for a discount. Can't locate the number right now but you could always call head office in Bkk and ask for it - toll free (from landline): 1800-06-0016.

That model is listed on their web site. Obviously that won't give you hands on.

I just ordered a laptop and there was no delivery charge in the price.
