I am old fella. No condom sex was no big deal except for pregnancy considerations until the Herpes scare (at least in the US) of the early 80's and then HIV. So either sex with condom or without condom until then was no big deal. If an older guy now chooses to use a condom fine but certainly it would not be by one who would not remember or know the difference. -

UK frozen pension returning to UK and going overseas again at a later date!
NHS knew Id come back for treatment, they want me to return to TH if i want to, I want to keep the the tax free weekly element tho,in contact with DWP ,looks promising, that I can, along with unfrozen pension, told no lies, fact is I owned up to it, but did not go thru IPC for pension, all i can say is nobody can give a toss,, even IPC will advise (right person)will let you know of right way to proceed....anyway Im off to bed ,got Tommy Robinson rally in morn in London -

Getting a credit card
I applied at Bangkok Bank. Had to do a fixed deposit for the amount of "credit" I wanted. Not so bad as it earned higher interest. The bank gave me 2 cards , one of which was an AirAsia card which earned points with AA, and a few other benefits. But that has stopped since covid. So I still keep it as a "just in case". -

They have a spay/neuter program that goes around, but it needs to be government funded, and countrywide, to do more good. Many stray dogs are born stray, from strays, and essentially from dogs people owned who let them run free without taking the time or money to fix them, not caring about the inevitable outcome. People don't care about animals here like they do in the west, with a few exceptions I have seen. The Buddhist attitude says no killing, yet people kill others daily here , so that means little in a population where a lot are practicing Buddhists. This is something the authorities has to take charge over, as they do most everything else, but for the greater good of all people here, instead of just a select few that have money to burn. When one of the rich's relatives is attacked or killed, maybe then something might be done. Rottweilers and all dogs have the ability to hurt people, aggressive or not. It's just that some breeds can kill very quickly because of their strength. -
