Zen
If my new company is not VAT registered (due to small turnover) , how do we issue invoice and receipts to customers? I'm used to the Tax Invoice system in my other company, and have never issued a non-vat invoice. Can i buy those pre-printed invoices in bookshops and use them? Thank you
BrianCR
Small businesses (registered or not) usually just use "cash" receipts. Dependent on who you are selling to you may find that your customer asks for both invoice and receipts to contain tax and VAT numbers, especially companies as their systems are set up so that they can claim VAT back
NHJ
don't mention VAT on the invoice, simple as that.
