Is it noisy in your Condo now
I’m thinking of offering to sell my unit back to the developer as it’s the most desirable line in the building (with none left for sale) and they are actually renting for ฿100,000/month on Airbnb (with a 4.9 rating, 39 reviews) on much lower floors (I’m 150 meters above the street) and not fully renovated to the same standard as mine. I can only imagine what the developer is asking….or maybe it’s the developers units that I’m seeing on Airbnb. Regardless….it’ll be a great selling point when I point out what the units can rent for. So maybe, in my particular situation, the AirBnB fiasco will work to my advantage. -

I got the J&J even though I knew I was dangerous because I finally gave in after being locked out of Thailand for 12 months. All my family got it and 12 months had passed and there weren't mass deaths so I thought it was worth the risk. Well I had a bad reaction and following that what I think is fluid in the ears and dizziness. Easily the worst decision of my life (so far LOL). If I would have just waited another 1 month I could have gotten back in without the vaccine but I was over the 12 month mark and winter was settling in so I bailed. Huge regrets and it doesn't appear to be going away. I've never been the same after that. -

I understood what you meant. In particular Non O popular at places in Laos... Savannakhet and Vientiane. Hopefully the process time will be under 5 days. Anything much longer would become unattractive option. Moreso as there is option to border bounce and obtain the Non O in Thailand from visa exempt entry. The added kicker is that seems no online payment possible for the eVisa in Laos as least in initial months.
