Since Mondays are normally very busy I think you will find it busy on the 14th.

Everyone is bent on getting there to stand in line so they can get away as quick as possible, but I will arrive about 9:30am, I dont mind the wait, got no where to go nothing to do anyways, but its the next day which is the clencher because need to make a flight. Never had a problem with that, I have a car pick me up from my hotel and then wait at the embassy to go to the border.
